Section 2(3)(c) in Uttrkhand Hills Consolidation of Holdings and Land Reforms Act, 2016

(c)"Assistant Consolidation Officer" means a person appointed as such by the State Government to exercise the powers and perform the duties of an Assistant Consolidation Officer under this Act or the rules made thereunder and shall include an Assistant Rectangulation Officer;
