(4)Separation of confessing under-trials.- Confessing under-trial prisoners shall, as far as practicable, be separated from other under-trial prisoners. Where a cell is used for segregating a confessing under-trial prisoner, he should be allowed the free use of the yard in front of the cell.Explanation. - A confessing under-trial prisoner is one who is certified as such by a Magistrate.
