Section 87(2) in The Punjab Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
(2)Any time spent by a driver of a vehicle on or near the vehicle when the vehicle is at rest and the driver is at liberty to leave the vehicle for rest and refreshment although required to remain within sight of the vehicle shall be demand to be an interval of rest for the purpose of section 91.
