10. Publication of Summary of the scheme.
- The State Government shall frame Scheme in consultation with the concerned local authority and the Town Vending Committee for the town/city which may contain all or any of the matters provided in Second Schedule of the Act and notify the same in the Official Gazette. After the notification of scheme, summary of the same shall be published in two local news papers by local authority concerned.
