1. On the last date of hearing, the name of the applicant in Crl.M.A. 5172/2022 seeking permission of this Court for renewal of the passport, was wrongly mentioned as Neeraj Jain instead of Ms. Rashmi Aggrawal. The corrections are made accordingly.
2. Learned counsel appearing for CBI states that he has already filed the reply to the application filed by Ms. Rashmi Aggrawal and Mr. Praveen Aggrawal and a copy of the same has also been received by the learned counsel for the respondent.
