Section 39 in Tamil Nadu Fisheries University Act, 2012
39. Conditions of service.
- Subject to the provisions of this Act, the appointment, procedure for selection, pay and allowances and other conditions of service of officers, teachers and other employees of the University shall be such as may be prescribed.
