(9)Director or Deputy Secretary in the Sugar wing of the 'Department of Food and Public Distribution - Member Secretary:Provided that the Central Government may nominate not more than two officers of that Government or of an educational or research institute, autonomous body or an undertaking of that Government having special knowledge of any aspect of sugar industry as additional members of the Committee as experts:Provided further that the Central Government may invite representatives from the industry or knowledge groups or financial institutions, to the meetings of the Standing Committee.] [Substituted vide GSR 599 dated 30.07.2012.]
