11A. [ Establishment of Directorate. [Inserted by Act 34 of 2012 w.e.f. 30.08.2012]
- The State Government may, by notification, establish a Directorate for all Command Area Development Authorities and appoint an officer of the rank of Secretary to Government as Director and such officers and staff as may be prescribed, to supervise and co-ordinate with all Authorities and make recommendations to or advice the Government on policy matters on activities of the Authorities.]
