Section 10(x) in Jharkhand University of Technology Act, 2011
(x)In the event of absence of the Vice-Chancellor from the headquarters or his inability to act due to reason like illness, the Chancellor may make such arrangement for performance of the duties of the Vice- Chancellor as he may deem it, during such absence.
