. In this Petition which is filed in the year 1984, at the stage of admission, the following order was passed.
" Rule in terms of prayers (a) to (k). Returnable on the second Tuesday of January 1986.
Respondents waive service.
Interim relief in terms of minutes signed by both learned Counsel and handed in and marked 'X'. Undertakings given in clauses 3 and 4 of the minutes are accepted.
Both learned Counsel state that they have no objection to the interim order being passed in terms of the minutes handed in by them just now."

2. After this order, which is in force and operation, we have not found anybody interested in proceeding with the Writ Petition. This Writ Petition is pending in this Court for last 34 years and more. Since both the petitioners and advocates are absent, we dismiss it for want of prosecution. Rule is discharged. Interim order is also vacated forthwith. There shall be no order as to costs.
