Section 2(c) in The U.P. Government Electrical Undertakings (Dues Recovery) Act, 1958
(c)"Government Electrical Undertakings" includes the Kanpur Electric Supply administration and such other electrical undertakings run or controlled by the State Government or the Board as may be notified in this behalf;
