Section 44(1) in Himachal Pradesh Para-Veterinary Council Act, 2010
(1)Save as otherwise provided in this Act, no person shall practise or hold himself out, whether directly or indirectly, as practicing habitually for personal gain as a Para-veterinary practitioner within the State.
