Section 27(3) in The Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Ordinance, 1975
(3)The amount of special loan, together with interest thereon shall be a charge on the land-holding which shall be recoverable as an arrear of land revenue within the meaning of section 29 and the proceeds of the recovery shall be appropriated by the corporation towards the proportionate cost of works payable by the land holder.
