                                                       ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 04.04.2014 made in W.P.No.25701 of 2011.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for http://www.judis.nic.in Page No.1 of 3 Contempt Petition No.2737 of 2014 the Respondent that, the order under contempt dated 04.04.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.25701 and 25702 of 2011 was confirmed by this Court vide judgment dated 25.07.2014 in W.A.Nos.860 and 861 of 2014. Challenging the order passed in the Writ Appeals, Review Petitions were filed before the Apex Court and the same are pending even after the disposal of the Special Leave Petitions. Learned Additional Government Pleader further stated that, this Court has granted liberty to two other Petitioners to adjudicate all the issues raised in the Review Petitions. According to him, as the Petitioner herein is also entitled for the similar relief, the same yardstick has to be applied.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the outcome of the Review proceedings, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
