Section 12(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority Act, 2004
(1)Subject to any rules made in this behalf under this Act, the Authority may, from time to time, appoint one or more committees for the purpose of securing the efficient discharge of its functions and in particular for the purpose of securing that the said functions are discharged with due regard to the circumstances and requirements of a particular local area.
