Section 22(i) in Rules Under Section 15 of the Bihar Itki Tuberculosis Sanatorium (Regulation of Buildings) Act, 1951
(i)if the front or back of the building abuts on a road or public open space which is not less than twenty or ten feet in width respectively the provision of the open space required by this Act at the front or back, as the case may be, shall not be necessary, and
