Whenever a notice is served upon anyone by a party, and not through the Court, invariably the party serving the notice shall file an affidavit in the Court in support of the fact that the notice has been served upon the person for whom it was meant. Along with the affidavit for service, the party serving the notice shall file acknowledgement in proof of such service.
