Section 38 in Andhra Pradesh Tourism, Culture and Heritage Board Act, 2017
38. Bar of Legal proceeding.
- No suit, prosecution or the proceeding shall lie against the Government or Board or Authority or Commission or officer or person for any act done or purporting to be done under or in pursuance of this Act or the rules or regulations made there under.
