Respondent No.1, United Electronics (India) Ltd., has filed this application, however, learned counsel on both sides are in agreement that in view of the order dated 7.5.2018, passed by Hon'ble Apex Court in M.A. No.1288/2018 in SLP(C) No.571/2017 titled M/s United Electronics India Ltd. and Another , versus Ajay Kumar & Others , this application has turned infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed.
