(1)On receipt of a report under subsection (2) of Section 89 from a Medical Practitioner and after getting the report confirmed by a certificate of a Certifying Surgeon or otherwise, the Chief Inspector shall pay a fee of Rs. 4 (Rupees four) only to the Medical Practitioner concerned for each person suffering from any disease specified in the Schedule to the Act.
