Section 56(4) in Bombay Primary Education Act, 1947
(4)If, after an enquiry is made, the [State] Government so directs, the period of supersession with all the consequences aforesaid shall, from time to time, be continued by an order published as aforesaid until such date as may be fixed, by the [State] Government for the re-establishment of the board.
