Common Order:

These four Criminal Petitions are filed by the State seeking cancellation of bail granted to the respondent/accused in Crime Nos.116, 117, 118 and 119 of 2015 respectively, vide separate orders dated 08.04.2015 in Crl.M.P.Nos.285, 286, 287 & 288 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Medak at Sanga Reddy.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor has represented that in all the above cases, chargesheets were filed, trial concluded and the matters are coming up for examination under Section 313 Cr.P.C., and at this stage, the State is not insisting for cancellation of the bail granted to the respondent/accused.

3. Considering the representation of the learned Public Prosecutor, all the four Criminal Petitions are dismissed as not pressed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand dismissed as infructuous.
