Section 2(11)(i) in The Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003

(i)a factor, broker, commission agent, delcredere agent or any other mercantile agent, by whatever name called, and whether of the same description as hereinbefore mentioned or not, who carries on the business of buying, selling, supplying or distributing any goods belonging to any principal whether disclosed or not;
