Section 29(5) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH STATE AQUACULTURE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 2020
(5)The authority shall have the powers exempt any aspect of any aquaculture business operations from the purview of Aquaculture Inspector depending on the nature of material handled in such Aquaculture Business Operations by framing rules under this Act.
