(2)The surveyor authorised under sub-section (1) may, at any reasonable time, enter and inspect any cargo or passenger terminal to-(a)ensure that the provisions of this Chapter are complied with;(b)verify whether such cargo or passenger terminal is equipped for pollution containment and removal, in conformity with the order of the State Government or any of the rules made under this Chapter; and(c)satisfy himself of the adequacy of the measures taken to prevent pollution.
