Learned counsel for the parties submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition has already been decided by this court in bunch of writ petitions led by Anil Kumar Patwa versus State of Rajasthan & ors, SB Civil Writ Petition No. 5508/2011, decided on 20.9.2011. The writ petitions were disposed of with certain directions to the respondent-State.
