Section 30 in Uttarakhand Water Management and Regulatory Act, 2013
30. Protection of Action of good faith.
- No suit, prosecution of other Legal proceedings shall lie against any person for anything which is done in good faith or intended to be done in pursuance of the provision of this Act or the rules or the regulations or the orders made thereunder.
