Section 155(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1953
(1)The attachment of the produce of any land in pursuance of an order of any Court or other authority shall not prevent the person to whom the produce belongs from reaping, gathering or storing if or doing any other act necessary for its preservation.
