Section 95(1) in Uttarakhand Agricultural produce Marketing (Development and regulation) Act, 2011
(1)The Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Samiti (Alpakalik Vyavastha) Adhiniyam, 1972 as applicable to the State of Uttarakhand) and the Uttaranchal (The Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utapadan Mandi Adhiniyam, 1964) Adaptation and Modification Order, 2002 are hereby repealed in its application to the State of Uttarakhand.
