(9)The Superintendent shall submit to the Chief Inspector and to the Regional Inspector detailed report on the functioning of the rescue station and rescue rooms under his control in the preceding year on or before the 20th day of February of the succeeding year with particular reference to-(a)type and number of equipment and apparatus provided and maintained;(b)Superintendent, instructors, rescue room incharge and rescue brigades in position, as on 31st December;(c)number of rescue trained persons at each belowground mine served by the rescue station and number of such persons given refresher practices and medically examined, with results thereof;(d)particulars of emergencies attended;(e)any other relevant matter.
