Section 3(1) in Tamil Nadu Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2015
(1)The State Government shall constitute a Grievance Redressal and Dispute Resolution Committee for each local authority, under sub-section (1) of section 20 of the Act. The said committee shall consist of a Chairperson, who has been a Civil Judge or a Judicial Magistrate and two other professionals as members.
