10. Person received in Receiving Centres and Certified Institutions to be kept apart from other inmates.
Every person received in a Receiving Centre or Certified Institution shall be kept apart from other persons on such Centre or Institution, unless the Superintendent is satisfied on a medical report that is not necessary to do so.
