State of West Bengal - Subsection

Section 3(4) in The West Bengal State Council Of Vocational Education And Training Act, 2005.

(4)On and after the commencement of this Act, the Council shall be solely authorised and responsible for conduct of vocational education and training at all levels in West Bengal.
