Section 12(1) in Coal Blocks Allocation Rules, 2017
(1)The proceeds of the auction or allotment, as the case may be, shall be deposited by the successful allocatee to the State Government concerned where the coal block is located in the manner as may be specified by the State Government with intimation to the Central Government.
