Section 5(b) in Telangana State Electrical Licensing Regulations, 2018
(b)to grant exemption to a candidate from taking the prescribed examination when it is satisfied that his qualification/experience entitles him to such exemption or when he satisfies the examining board which the Board may appoint for the purpose;
