Section 20(2)(a) in The National Dairy Development Board Act, 1987

(a)the quantum of compensation payable to any officer or other employee referred to in sub-section (1) and the mode of payment thereof: Provided that the compensation so payable shall in no case be less than that payable to him under the service conditions applicable to him if his services were dispensed with;
