Section 2(b) in Rules for the Sale of Surplus Rural Properties
(b)All Officers shall perform the function assigned to them by or under these rules under the general superintendence and control of the Settlement Commissioner and the Secretary to Government Punjab, Rehabilitation Department. The Secretary to Government Punjab, Rehabilitation Department/Settlement Commissioner, may be general or special order, provide for the distribution or allocation of work to be performed under these rules.
