(1)Every registered dealer shall keep and display the registration certificate at the place of business and the place of branch business to which it is issued.(2)If any registered dealer fails to comply with the provision of sub-rule (1), he shall be punishable with a penalty not exceeding rupees one hundred for each day of defaults.
