Section 8(5) in Jammu and Kashmir Saffron Rules, 2018
(5)The Quality Control Laboratory and Phytosanitary Certificate Issuing Laboratory shall analyze the sample for prescribed standards and report to the Registration Authority as soon as may be but shall not later than 20 days from the date of receipt of the samples, unless the sample is subjected to such tests which require more than 20 days for completion of test.
