It has been stated that petitioner has participated in the
process of recruitment on the post of Basic Computer Instructor
and petitioner stand in merit, however, he has questioned answers
of few questions in this writ petition. It has been further stated
that since respondents are going to complete the selection
process, therefore, petitioner at least may be permitted to appear
before respondents for document verification.
Issue notice.
Copy of the writ petition may be served in the office of
Advocate Nalin G. Narain, AGC who is appearing for respondents
in other connected matter. His name be shown in the cause list.
In the meanwhile, petitioner is permitted to appear before the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board for his document verification and the same may be permitted by respondents.
Let this writ petition be listed alongwith S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13994/2022 on 31st January, 2023.
