20. Protection for acts done in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other proceedings shall lie against the Auditor, Director, State Government or any other officer, subordinate or acting under the authority of the Auditor, Director, State Government, as the case may be, for anything in good faith done or purporting to be done under this Act.
