63. Bar of foreclosure or attachment or sale of Bhumidhari's right.
- No decree or order shall be passed for the sale or foreclosure of any right of a person in land held by him immediately before the commencement of this Code in Bhumidhari tenure under the provisions of the Madhya Pradesh Land Revenue Code, 1954, nor shall such right be attached or sold in execution of any decree or order, nor shall a receiver be appointed to manage such holding under Section 51 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, nor shall such right vest in the court or in a receiver under the Provincial Insolvency Act, 1920.
