Section 50 in The Goa, Daman and Diu Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1968
50. Execution of orders.
- An order made under this Act by any original, appellate or revisional authority directing the taking over of the possession of any building or the eviction of any person in occupation of any building shall be executable by that authority as a decree of a civil court and for this purpose that authority shall have all the powers of a civil court.
