33. Members, officers and servants to be public servants.
- All members and officers and servants of the Board shall, while acting or purporting to act in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or any rules or regulations made thereunder, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code. (45 of 1860).
