Section 5(2) in Telangana Irrigation Utilisation and Command Area Development Act, 1984
(2)The procedure to be followed at the meetings of the pipe committee, the powers and duties of the president and the disqualifications and removal of the president and members thereof, shall be such as may be prescribed.
