Section 8A in The Rajasthan Legislative Assembly (Officers and Members Emoluments and Pension) Act, 1956
8A. [ Free transit by road transport service. [Inserted by Rajasthan 16 of 1964.]
- Every member shall be provided with [two free non-transferable passes] [Substituted by Rajasthan 8 of 1986.] which would entitle him [and any other person accompanying the member] [Inserted by Rajasthan 4 of 1981.] to travel [at any time by the Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation Service on whichever route it operates] [Substituted by Rajasthan 16 of 1969.] in such class of accommodation and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed:Provided that nothing contained in this section shall be construed as disentitling a member to any travelling allowances to which he is otherwise entitled under the provisions of this Act.]
