Section 12 in The Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Registration of Accreditation Agencies Rules, 2010

12. Suspension or cancellation of Certificate of Registration.

(1)The Authority may suspend or cancel the certificate of registration granted to a accreditation agency if-
(a)it has furnished wrong information in the application;
(b)it has failed to comply with the terms and conditions of certificate of registration specified by the Authority;
(c)it has failed to perform duties specified under Rule 9;
(2)Where the certificate of registration is suspended or cancelled under sub-rule (1), the security deposit paid under clause (h) of sub-rule (2) of Rule 4 shall stand forfeited to the Authority.FORM A(See Rules 4(1) and 8)Application for grant of registration/renewal of registration of an accreditation agency*
