Section 22(1) in The Goa Public Men's Corruption (Investigations and Inquiries) Act, 1988
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Commission or against any officer, employee, agency or person referred to in section 8 in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
