Section 4(4)(i) in Jharkhand Tourism Development and Registration Act, 2015

(i)The Deputy Commissioner of the concerned district or as notified by the Government will be the Managing Director of the Authority. The Managing Director will also be the Vice Chairman of the Authority and carry out all the appertain functions in this regard.
