Section 2(5) in Tamil Nadu Homeopathy System of Medicine and Practitioners of Homeopathy Act, 1971
(5)"Homeopathy" means the system of medicine founded by Dr. Hahnemann and includes Schussler's system of biochemic remedies and the expression "homoeopathic" shall be construed accordingly;
